Brian has worked for his family real estate business since the day he graduated from college. During that time, Brian has built a strong client base among first time home buyers, as well as owners of income properties and high-end luxury homes. Brian’s youthful exuberance and his knowledge of S.F. Bay Area real estate combined with his excellent communication/negotiation skills, and his professionalism make him a standout among the Lamorinda real estate agents.
Brian grew up in the real estate business. Tom Rochford started his real estate career in 1972—before Brian was born—so it was no surprise that after graduating from college, he entered the family business. Even while a student at UNLV Brian helped his father purchase and manage a rental property in Spanish Trail, a luxury gated golf community near the Las Vegas strip. In addition, Brian worked in sales and guest services while in Las Vegas. Brian applies that prior sales success, together with his degree in Economics, to the local real estate business in ways which assure his clients that they are getting the very best representation possible.
He understands the dynamics of a successful real estate transaction and thrives on helping people achieve their desired outcome. Brian has very strong organizational skills and he is committed to the same high standards of excellence people have come to expect from his family owned business.

Community: Brian was born and raised in Lafayette, and is a life long resident of the Lamorinda area. He donates generously of his time and talents to a variety of community and church based activities. From his days of playing CYO and Campolindo High School basketball to helping coach at UNLV, it was natural for Brian to want to give back to the community in a similar fashion. Brian coaches boys basketball for St. Perpetua’s CYO (Catholic Youth Organization). He has also coached at Stanley Middle School and Campolindo High School. He continues to play basketball in two adult leagues in Walnut Creek.
